Working from home has become a desire for so many people today. Writing articles for others is an easy way to earn money although you do need to have reasonable writing skills, and the more able you are the better. Most writers begin by writing for others who sell the work as their own. For this reason, unless you are really lucky, don't expect to earn much; the average is about 5 dollars for a 500 word article and while you can get by on this if you work hard, you won't be able to retire early.
The best thing would be to write for oneself and selling them as PLR or public label rights articles; this can be lucrative over time. The trick is to write say ten articles or so and then sell them at a reduced price but to not one but many people. If you price it at for a batch of 10 then you can easily make 100's of dollars by selling it to 30 people, this way you are making per article batch rather than per article.
To be able to earn good money, while working out of the home, it has to be steady and regular and one has to work at it. It probably won't be easy at first, but after you have ironed out all the kinks and streamlined the process, you shouldn't have too much trouble. Then you might put together your own team of writers and get work done from them - this is the way to go to start making more money.
